Velvet Audio generates personalised audio stories using AI. Content is created on demand based on your preferences and is intended for private, personal use only.
Stories may contain intimate and mature themes. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing such content is legal in your jurisdiction. Generated content must not be redistributed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without written permission.
You may not use the service to generate content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, real named individuals, or any content that violates applicable law. Our safety system automatically blocks such requests.
Free accounts are limited to 3 stories per month. Paid subscriptions (Member, Max) unlock additional features and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Your account data (email, hashed password) is stored securely. Generated stories are private to your account. We do not sell, share, or use your story content or preferences for advertising or model training. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
